Gallup, New Mexixo

It's 5:27 AM in Gallup, New Mexico.  The women are asleep, and animals are prowling, and I am writing.

Yesterday was a long day.  Paulette drove from Beattie to LV beginning at 7AM.  We stopped at Petco and Office Max, then I drove to Kingman while Paulette slept.  Katie and I finally mapped out out trip. 

Last night we pulled into Exit 16, USA RV Park.  According to AAA, it was pet friendly.  Paulette took the dogs for a walk while I went into register.  The second rule dealt with dog rest area.  I immediate went outside to find Paulette and the Park owner going at it.  He told me she was rude to him.  He wanted to call the sheriff.  By that time, she had the dogs outside the park.  I asked her if we were going to stay the night and she said no.

The Park owner told me about other parks in the area.  He warned me not to go to Exit 36 KOA because they were Al Kieda (sp).  I gased up and on we went.  Katie found exit 36 and we pulled into KOA at 9PM.  No terrists in sight so we registered.

Today we head for Oklahoma City.
